Role Summary -
The core focus is building end-to-end automation frameworks using the Java Script/Type Script ecosystem (Webdriver IO), with a heavy emphasis on full-stack validation (UI + API). The candidate must be comfortable with the complexity of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) workflows, which often involve long, data-heavy business processes.
Must-Have Skills -
Webdriver IO (WDIO): Proven experience building frameworks using this specific Node.js-based tool. Type Script: Strong proficiency in typed programming for test script maintenance and scalability. Full-Stack Automation: Competency in both UI (Front-end) and Backend (REST API/Database) automation. Manual Testing Proficiency: A mindset that values exploratory testing and documentation, not just code. Version Control: Git/Git Hub/Git Lab for collaborative code management.3. Nice-to-Have Skills
ERP Domain Knowledge: Experience with SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, or Microsoft Dynamics (these involve complex state management and tables). CI/CD Integration: Experience hooking tests into Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, or Git Hub Actions. AI Testing Tools: Familiarity with "Self-healing" scripts or tools like Applitools, Testim, or integrating LLMs for test data generation.
