Sales Manager – Home Interiors

Key Responsibilities

• Handle leads and convert them into full-home interior projects.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, lifestyle, and preferences.
• Conduct customer meetings and present suitable interior solutions.
• Follow up with prospective customers and drive sales closures.
• Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals.
• Coordinate with Design and Project teams for a smooth handover after sales closure.
• Maintain regular CRM updates and accurate sales records.
• Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

• Interior/home improvement sales experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, or home interior solutions will be an added advantage.

Experience & Eligibility

• Candidates with 2-5 years of experience in interior/home improvement sales, customer conversion, and target-based sales will be preferred.
• Strong communication skills, sales aptitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
