Junior Financial Operations Associate

We are seeking a Financial Operations Associate to join a growing team in the Boca Raton area. This role supports daily client account servicing and operational activities within a financial services firm, providing a combination of client service and back-office support. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day operational support for client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing.Assist with account opening, maintenance, and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.Process financial transactions, including wire transfers, asset movements, trade settlements, and account updates.Respond to client inquiries and service requests, escalating complex issues when necessary.Maintain accurate client records and ensure data integrity across internal systems.Collaborate with trading, compliance, and portfolio management teams to resolve operational issues.Assist with preparing client reports, account statements, and performance summaries.Follow established policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory guidelines.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field preferred.Previous experience in financial services, operations, or client support.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive client relationships.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM platforms and client service systems. xzbcwsv
