Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Dietary Supervisor to lead Food & Beverage Operations supporting whole-person care. The role oversees daily kitchen and dietary services, ensuring safe, nutritious, and culturally sensitive meals for patients, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities include supervising dietary staff, scheduling, inventory and vendor coordination, menu planning within clinical/faith-based guidelines, and enforcing food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards. The Dietary Supervisor collaborates with medical and wellness teams to support therapeutic diets and health equity in a compassionate, mission-driven environment.
