Project Manager

About the role Our client is a Southeast GC with decades of experience delivering water, wastewater and industrial utility projects. They're looking for a Project Manager to lead projects from award through close-out, working closely with on-site superintendents and the wider project team. Key responsibilities Lead overall delivery of one or more projects, setting objectives and acting as the main contact for the client Build and maintain the project schedule and budget Direct the on-site superintendent to keep work on schedule and within cost Prepare change orders and manage cost forecasting and reporting Manage subcontractors, procurement and material approvals Promote and enforce site safety standards Secure permits, maintain project logs and manage full project close-out
