Camp Coordination Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE

NeoDocs is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Camp Coordination Executive to manage the day-to-day execution of health camps across India.

This is a 100% office-based operations role , where you'll coordinate with freelancers, phlebotomists, and internal teams to ensure every health camp is staffed and executed smoothly. If you're someone who enjoys coordination, solving problems quickly, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you on our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Camp Coordination

• Verify and confirm health camp schedules.
• Coordinate with clients regarding camp details.
• Ensure camps are operationally ready.

‍⚕️ Freelancer & Phlebotomist Management

• Assign freelancers/phlebotomists to health camps.
• Track attendance and availability.
• Arrange backup resources whenever required.

Operations & Follow-ups

• Coordinate with internal teams and field staff.
• Resolve last-minute operational issues.
• Maintain daily operational trackers and reports.

 Reporting

• Update Excel trackers.
• Record camp status and completion reports.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation.

WHO YOU ARE

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Coordination, Customer Support, or similar roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Mandatory) .
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable handling multiple phone calls and follow-ups.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
