Key Responsibilities

Handle patient inquiries, consultations & follow-ups Explain treatment options, packages & pricing Build patient relationships and improve conversions Achieve sales targets and manage the sales pipeline Coordinate with medical & marketing teams Maintain CRM records and sales reports

Requirements

Strong sales & conversion skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Patient-focused and professional approach Fluent in English; Tamil preferred Healthcare / clinic / cosmetic sales experience preferred
