JOB DESCRIPTION We are currently seeking a Field Tech Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN). Position Overview and General Duties Provides direct supervision to a team of operational or professional-level team members, ensuring alignment with operational and project objectives. Leads analytics and data validation efforts to research, rationalize, and confirm the accuracy of financial totals associated with DWS DLS motions. Performs validation and reconciliation of Salesforce (SFDC) IDs, ensuring accurate linkage between opportunities and financial results. Identifies scenarios where SFDC IDs are missing or misaligned, and develops appropriate justifications to ensure DWS receives due credit for executed DLS motions.
