What you will do:

• Identify and qualify potential leads through telecalling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.

• Perform lead profiling and market research to understand customer needs and pain points.

• Maintain accurate records of conversations and leads in CRM and lead management tools.

• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.

• Follow up on inbound leads and nurture prospects through the pipeline.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Hindi
• 01-02 years of experience in Lead Generation and Tele calling, or Lead Profiling.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a confident and persuasive phone presence.
• Basic understanding of cloud technology or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Proficiency with tools like MS Office, Apollo, and email platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• IT sales experience candidate preferred.
