 Who We Are Looking For:We are currently seeking a Sales Executive in our Luggage, Backpacks, and Travel Accessories Department at Concept One Accessories to work at our New York City Offices. This position and its responsibilities are solely for Account Executives with working experience with all major retailers. The candidate must have strong relationship in this type of industry; great communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment. Industry Background, Customer Relationships, product knowledge and strong connection in this channel is required.  Key Responsibilities:
·      Understand annual sales goals and develop actionable plans to achieve them.·      Promote and grow brands and categories across both existing and new programs.·      Identify new product opportunities to drive incremental sales.·      Monitor YTD sales against monthly budget and targets·      Provide weekly account updates to team leaders and management.·      Maintain a comprehensive understanding of competitive price points and weekly best sellers by season and category·      Develop a strong understanding of global retail landscapes and regional consumer behavior.·      Secure and manage all bulk buys, cost requests, and art requests across respective departments, seeing each through to completion.
Key Qualification and Requirements:
5+ years of relevant wholesale experienceUnderstanding and knowledge around pricing for travel goodsStrong relationships with retail buyersAbility to work well in a cross functional environment Understanding and having good knowledge the travel marketStrong communication skills both written and verbalAbility to multi-taskProficient in ExcelGood negotiation and presentation skills
Salary: $100,000 to $150,000 The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
