Position

Preschool Teacher (Montessori)

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and conduct Montessori-based learning experiences.
2. Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
3. Foster children’s independence, confidence, and love for learning.
4. Observe and document children’s developmental progress.
5. Maintain Montessori materials and classroom readiness.
6. Communicate effectively with parents and collaborate with the school team.
7. Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development.

Eligibility

• Montessori / ECCE Certification preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Passion for early childhood education.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, patient, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
