We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Sales Representative to expand our network and drive business growth. </p> <p> Job Summary </p> <p> We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Medical Sales Representative to promote Curagers' home healthcare services, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and generate business opportunities across hospitals, clinics, corporate offices, and community networks. </p> <p> Key Responsibilities Promote and market Curagers' home healthcare services to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospital administrators, and referral partners. Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities. Conduct meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations for prospective clients. Identify new business opportunities and market trends. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare daily visit reports and maintain customer databases in CRM systems. Participate in healthcare events, medical camps, and networking activities. Build partnerships with corporates, senior citizen communities, and resident welfare associations. </p><p> Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field. 1-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare sales, medical equipment sales, or home healthcare services. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong relationship-building and networking abilities. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Own vehicle and willingness to travel within the region. </p><p> Preferred Skills Experience in Home Healthcare or Hospital Marketing. Strong understanding of healthcare services and patient care. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
