Key Responsibilities Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for students across all grades. Assess, identify, and monitor mental health concerns, learning difficulties, and behavioral issues. Develop and implement personalized intervention plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and caregivers. Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for urgent emotional or psychological needs. Organize workshops, seminars, and awareness programs on topics such as stress management, resilience, bullying, and self‑esteem. Maintain confidential records of counseling sessions, assessments, and progress reports in compliance with data‑protection regulations.
