This position is for Tampa, Florida.RoleThe Senior Operations Technology Field Services Analyst is responsible for overseeing the health, operability, and continuous improvement of global operations camera systems and Industrial Control System (ICS) infrastructure. This role involves coordinating internal and external resources dedicated to maintaining and optimizing camera, network, and ICS-connected systems to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operations across the organization. The position requires a strong understanding of OT/ICS environments and the ability to effectively collaborate with technical stakeholders on industrial networking, system integration, and operational technology initiatives.The work is hands-on: you place and aim each camera for the required view, mount it, run and terminate the cable, connect it to the network, add it to the video management system, and test it before you leave.What you’ll doLead installation, maintenance, and repair of security and operations camera systems business wide, including configuration of cameras on both the ICS and Corporate networksCollaborate across IT, OT, Physical Security, Cybersecurity, and Operations departments to align camera system operations with organizational security policiesWalk the site and confirm camera positions and coverageMount cameras on poles, walls, ceilings and in enclosures, including work at heightRun, terminate and test network cable; connect cameras to PoE switchesSet camera network settings and add cameras to the VMSTest image, focus, night view and recording; fix issues on the spotRecord each install (location, IP, photos) and hand over to the site teamTroubleshoot and repair existing cameras when neededMust have5+ years installing IP/CCTV cameras yourself (hands-on, not only supervising)Cable termination and testing (Cat5e/Cat6)Basic LAN networking: IP addressing, VLANs, PoEHands-on with at least one VMSComfortable on ladders and liftsValid driver’s license and willing to travelAuthorized to work in the US; able to work on-site in Tampa, FloridaNice to haveExperience with cameras on OT/ICS networksExperience working in industrial or plant environmentsFiber terminationLow-voltage, networking or camera manufacturer certificationsAerial / scissor lift certification
