Job Description The MEP Project Manager will report into senior project leadership and play a critical role in the successful delivery of complex mission-critical construction projects. You will oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing scopes while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Manage all MEP activities throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and field teams. Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and risk mitigation. Drive installation and commissioning activities for critical building systems. Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with clients, design teams, and operations stakeholders. Support the successful delivery of complex mission-critical facilities and advanced infrastructure projects. The Successful Applicant For the MEP Project Manager we are seeking: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred. Experience managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing scopes on large construction projects. Background in data center construction, mission-critical facilities, large-scale commercial projects, or heavy MEP projects. Understanding of critical systems such as chillers, coolant distribution units, power distribution units, and related infrastructure. Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and stakeholder relationships. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Approximately 3-5+ years of relevant project management experience, though more senior candidates will also be considered. What's on Offer Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
