About the Role: The Partnerships & Program Manager is responsible for delivering measurable growth and income outcomes by building high-performing partnerships, ensuring successful onboarding and activation of women entrepreneurs, and leading a high-performing field team. Success in this role will be measured by the number of women onboarded, activated, earning income, and retained, as well as the performance of partners and Success Officers (SSOs).
