Controller | Healthcare

Hybrid: 1-2 days per week in Baltimore Office

Salary: $130,000-$150,000

Are you a CPA and an Accounting leader who enjoys developing a team, solving complex accounting challenges, and making a difference in healthcare? This could be the opportunity for you. We’re seeking a Controller to support a diverse healthcare environment, working across multiple entities and partnering with finance and operational leaders to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and develop accounting teams responsible for month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Review monthly financial results, analyze revenue and accounts receivable, and identify trends or areas requiring further investigation.
• Oversee multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, allocations, and financial reporting processes.
• Drive process improvements, accounting standardization, and system implementations.
• Collaborate across departments to strengthen financial accuracy, efficiency, and internal controls.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• CPA certification required.
• At least four years of relevant accounting experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Healthcare accounting experience strongly preferred, particularly in a complex, multi-entity environment.
