Supporting HR operations in a fully remote capacity, the HR Operations Generalist will manage case workflows, assist with employee lifecycle events, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Key responsibilities Manage HR ServiceNow ticket management, ensuring timely resolution of employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies Support large-scale lifecycle events such as acquisitions and offboarding, coordinating communication across various departments Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and audit readiness Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience 3-5+ years of HR experience in operations, shared services, or generalist roles Experience managing HR case management systems and a solid understanding of employee lifecycle procedures 1-2 years' experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms preferred Familiarity with Payroll and Benefits processes, with some experience in an M&A environment preferred
