Job Description
The Program Director – Computer Science & Engineering will provide strategic academic and administrative leadership for the CSE programme. The position will be responsible for ensuring academic excellence, curriculum relevance, faculty development, research productivity, student success, industry engagement, accreditation readiness and continuous improvement of the programme.
The Program Director will work closely with the Dean, Heads of Departments, faculty members and other university leadership to align the CSE programme with the University's academic vision, emerging technology trends and national and international higher-education standards.

Ph. D. in Computer Science & Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology / relevant allied discipline from a recognised university/institution.
12–15+ years of relevant academic/research/industry experience, including significant experience in higher education.
Substantial experience at the level of Professor / Associate Professor with academic leadership responsibilities. Preference may be given to candidates with expertise in one or more of the following:
Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Data Science & Analytics Cybersecurity Cloud Computing Software Engineering Internet of Things Computer Vision Natural Language Processing Blockchain/Web3 Distributed Systems High Performance Computing Generative AI Emerging Computing TechnologiesExperience in programme/department/school-level academic administration is highly desirable.
Experience with NBA/NAAC/accreditation, OBE and academic quality systems will be preferred.
Demonstrated experience in research, publications, funded projects and industry collaboration.
