It's a completely new business under the same corporate umbrella, with a different go-to-market strategy and customer promise. Trade will continue to operate independently under the leadership of its own GM, while this new brand is built and scaled as its own platform. Lead and build the product for a new coffee brand from the ground up We're launching a standalone business under the Trade Coffee umbrella. Different strategy. Different customer promise. Different experience. You'll have the resources and infrastructure of an established company without the constraints of legacy systems or existing business models. As VP of Product, you'll build from the ground up while leveraging Trade's extraordinary assets: hundreds of thousands of engaged customers, deep coffee expertise, relationships with America's best roasters, proven personalization technology, and operational infrastructure that works. About the Role You are the founding product leader responsible for defining and building the digital experience from scratch. You own the vision, strategy, and execution of the customer-facing product. This is a true zero-to-one role. You'll make foundational decisions about product experience, technology approach, features that matter, and how customers engage. You'll report to the CEO and partner closely with our VP of Engineering to move fast and ship quality work, building a small, focused product team over time. This is hands-on and high-impact. You'll be deep in the work: sketching flows, talking to customers, making product decisions, working through technical tradeoffs with engineering, and shipping features. You'll build digital experiences that feel fresh, intuitive, and compelling.
