About the Role

this opportunity is for a leading luxury fashion retail brand. We are looking for a visionary Creative Communication & Strategy Lead to drive the creative vision and brand storytelling across Fashion, Beauty, and Fine Jewellery businesses. You will bridge creativity with business impact, leading high-impact campaigns, strategic collaborations, and engaging customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Vision: Develop and drive a unified creative strategy and implement the Brand Book across all business units.
• Campaign Execution: Lead GTM strategies, product storytelling, and multi-channel marketing initiatives for Fashion, Beauty, and Fine Jewellery.
• Brand & Retail: Conceptualize high-impact brand collaborations and oversee offline/digital retail experience design.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing creative team.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Design, Marketing, and Business Heads to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3-8 years in Creative Direction or Brand Strategy (Fashion, Beauty, Luxury, or Lifestyle backgrounds preferred).
• Core Skills: Strong expertise in brand storytelling, campaign development, and project/vendor management.
• Tech-Savvy: Good understanding of modern social and design tools, with hands-on knowledge of platforms like Canva and Figma.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and balance creative excellence with business goals.
