Location: 1630 Long Pond Road, Rochester, New York, 14626, United States Duration: 6-month Contract to Hire (Can come from any Voip system) Job Description: • Some network engineering with mainly voice components • They are a cisco shop on their network side so some configurations, troubleshooting, monitoring network • Voice: They will sit on a team of 3 other engineers • They use old PBX xzbcwsv systems and looking to migrate in the cloud in the future • They will be handling level 3 tier issues • Handling some IVRs and Call flow components
