Role Description

The SEO Link Builder is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. This role is responsible for researching and identifying relevant websites for backlink opportunities, conducting outreach campaigns to secure high-quality links, and maintaining relationships with webmasters and partners. The SEO Link Builder will analyze existing backlink profiles, monitor link performance, and align link-building activities with overall SEO and digital marketing strategies. Daily tasks include managing outreach tools, tracking campaign metrics, preparing performance reports, and coordinating with content and marketing teams to ensure compliance with best practices and search engine guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing issues related to link-building campaigns and SEO performance.
• Ability to manage maintenance & repair of link profiles, including identifying toxic links and implementing cleanup or disavow strategies.
• Familiarity with handling heavy equipment in a digital context, such as SEO tools, analytics platforms, and outreach software.
• Understanding of small engine repair and hydraulic systems as transferable skills in systematic problem-solving and technical thinking.
• Good knowledge of SEO fundamentals, link-building strategies, and search engine guidelines.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and popular SEO platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
• Strong written communication skills for professional outreach and negotiation with site owners.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Lahore and coordinate with cross-functional marketing and content teams.
• Prior experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related role is preferred.
• Relevant education in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
