Junior Project Manager – Commercial Interiors
Location: DLF Phase 2, Sector 25, Gurugram
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the execution and delivery of Commercial Interior Projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in site execution, contractor coordination, vendor management, project reporting, quality control, and commercial interior project execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing commercial interior projects from mobilization to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and daily site execution activities.
• Coordinate procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials at site.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
• Assist in BOQ verification, measurements, billing coordination, and project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Coordinate civil, MEP, furniture, and finishing works during project execution.
• Monitor contractor performance, labour deployment, and site productivity.
• Identify project risks and support timely resolution of site-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company processes.
• Support snag closure and final project handover activities.
Required Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out Projects.
• Experience handling office interiors, workplace interiors, retail interiors, corporate interiors, or design-build projects.
• Experience in site execution, contractor coordination, and vendor management.
• Basic understanding of BOQs, measurements, billing coordination, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Auto CAD, and project reporting tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with commercial interior contracting or design-build companies.
• Exposure to MEP coordination and interior finishing works.
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors and contractors.
• Ability to independently manage site execution activities.
Compensation
• ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month.
Location Requirement
• Candidates must be comfortable commuting to DLF Phase 2, Sector 25, Gurugram.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
