Nutrition Sales Consultant

We are looking for a Nutrition Sales Coach who combines strong nutrition knowledge with excellent sales and communication skills. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their health and lifestyle goals, recommending the right program, and converting leads into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities -

• Connect with prospective and trial clients through calls and chats to understand their health, nutrition, and fitness goals.
• Recommend suitable nutrition and wellness programs based on client needs, lifestyle, and preferences.
• Drive sales conversions and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Follow up with leads and trial users to improve conversion and customer acquisition.
• Build strong relationships with clients and effectively communicate the value of the program.
• Handle objections, answer queries, and provide a consultative sales experience.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams and share customer insights to improve conversion.
• Participate in training and continuously improve nutrition, sales, and product knowledge.

Qualifications & Skills -

• Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food & Nutrition, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, healthcare, wellness, nutrition, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of nutrition and health concepts.
• Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
• Comfortable with calling, CRM tools, and digital platforms.
• Highly energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Passion for health, wellness, and fitness.
