Job Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines for production.
• Install and adjust tools, fixtures, and machine parameters.
• Perform trial runs and ensure components meet quality specifications.
• Minimise machine downtime and support production targets.
• Maintain machine records and follow safety procedures.
• Coordinate with operators and the production team for smooth operations.

Required Skills

• Experience in CNC machine setting.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of cutting tools, offsets, and machining parameters.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
