Website: Candidate role Lead product science across the innovation pipeline. Build product formulations that are unique, & differentiated vs category. Clinical efficacy is a key deliverable for all projects. Be the regulatory expert in the team. Needs to mentor, train, guide & hold accountability on all matters related to regulatory Product science communication – Work with marketing across core products to test & scale communication ideas which make nutrition easy. Represent the company across external forums to talk about Good Monk & related science. Also work collaboratively with external forums like IDA/PFNDAI/ ILSI etc. Help cx engagement team clarify on customer queries related to product Guide other nutrition team members in building affiliate channel with health experts & nutritionist Candidate Qualification & Experience Proven experience as practicing nutritionist with a min 5-6 year’s experience MSC/ PHD in Nutrition Excellent presentation & communication skills Experience in a start-up will be a plus Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving Capable of working with senior leaders directly Experience working in D2C/Health & Wellness/Personal Care/Beauty/Any consumer brands.
