Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead Generation & Qualification Executive responsible for generating new leads, managing incoming leads, engaging with prospects, qualifying opportunities, and ensuring qualified leads are effectively handed over to the Sales team.

About the Role

The Lead Generation & Qualification Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, managing incoming leads, engaging with prospects, qualifying opportunities, and ensuring qualified leads are effectively handed over to the Sales team.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through outbound calling, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
• Monitor and manage incoming leads daily from multiple sources.
• Contact leads promptly and understand their business requirements.
• Qualify leads using the BANT framework – Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline.
• Follow up with prospects regularly and nurture potential opportunities.
• Update and maintain accurate lead information, activities, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Assign qualified leads to the appropriate Sales team members through the CRM.
• Maintain and update the lead database to ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with the Sales team for effective lead handover and follow-up.
• Track daily calling, lead generation, qualification, and follow-up activities.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in calling, tele calling, lead generation, or lead qualification.
• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
• Strong intersonal, convincing, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound calling.
• Basic understanding of CRM and lead management.
• Target-oriented, consistent, and self-motivated.
• Good organizational and database management skills.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, on-site – Hyderabad.
• Must be comfortable working Saturdays and Sundays.
• Weekly offs will be provided on other weekdays.
