Job Description:

Looking for a Creative Strategist with 2–3 years of experience who can take an idea and turn it into content people actually want to watch.

What you'll do:

→ Developing content strategies for each brand

→ Ideating Reels, campaigns, social formats & recurring content series

→ Developing concepts & scripts

→ Building weekly/monthly content calendars

→ Working closely with the Director & Videographer to turn ideas into shoots

What you need

• 2-7 years of experience in creative strategy, content strategy, or copywriting for short-form video
• You've actually built creative strategies for reels and shorts — not just decks and presentations
• You can write hooks and scripts, not just brief them
• You've done this work across multiple brands or gone deep within one

What doesn't count

• Print, TVC-only, or traditional advertising without short-form work
• Graphic design or static social media management
• Long-form content writing (blogs, SEO) without video/social experience

Nice-to-haves

• Agency experience - you've juggled multiple brand voices at speed
• A portfolio of short-form campaigns you strategised (not just executed)
• Understanding of audience psychology and what makes someone stop scrolling
