Role Overview:

The Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering will deliver quality technical education, conduct laboratory sessions, mentor students, and contribute to academic and institutional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Academic Responsibilities:

• Deliver classes in Mechanical Engineering subjects
• Prepare lesson plans and study materials
• Conduct workshops and practical sessions
• Guide students in projects and assignments

Laboratory & Workshop Management:

• Handle Manufacturing Lab, Workshop Practice Lab, Thermal Engineering Lab, and related laboratories
• Maintain equipment and workshop records
• Ensure safety and operational standards

Examination & Student Development:

• Conduct assessments and evaluate student performance
• Mentor students and support technical activities

Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with First Class
• M.E./M.Tech preferred
• Qualification as per AICTE norms

Experience:

• Polytechnic/Engineering teaching experience preferred
• Industry experience preferred

Skills:

• Strong Mechanical Engineering fundamentals
• Practical and workshop handling skills
• Communication and mentoring abilities
