Personal Secretary and Strategic Partner to Founder

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is NOT a traditional administrative, calendar-management, or corporate assistant role. 

We are seeking a sharp, highly ambitious, and adaptable Founder’s Associate to operate as the direct strategic shadow to the Founder across ultra-luxury operations, new business incubation, and executive evaluations. 

In this role, you will stand shoulder-to-shoulder with leadership at the epicenter of confidential negotiations, venture building, talent curation, and global operational deployments. You will not be booking flights or managing calendar links; you will be evaluating candidates, conducting executive interviews, co-founding spin-off ventures, and executing high-level strategic research.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Venture Incubation & Co-Founding: Collaborate directly with the Founder to research, launch, and operationalize new business verticals across private asset management and luxury ecosystems.

* Candidate Evaluation & Talent Screening: Take active leadership in interviewing, evaluating, and stress-testing prospective candidates for our elite operational cohorts.

* Strategic Shadowing & Executive Presence: Attend high-stakes briefings, negotiations, and confidential briefs beside the Founder, capturing critical insights and executing real-time decisions.

* High-Impact Research & Presentations: Produce executive-grade research briefs, pitch decks, and operational frameworks at a moment's notice.

* Fluid Global Deployment: Travel instantly on short-notice deployments across domestic and international bases.
