Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
• Handle B2B sales of industrial casting products.
• Identify and approach clients in Steel, Cement, Mining, and Thermal Power industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical/production teams.
• Manage enquiries, quotations, order follow-ups, and sales closures.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
• Explore new markets and expand the company’s industrial customer base.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduate/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in industrial/casting product sales.
• Experience dealing with Mining, Steel, Cement, and/or Thermal Power industries.
• Strong knowledge of industrial B2B sales and customer handling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
• Candidates with an existing industrial customer network will be preferred.
