g CODE Health is specialist integrative gut health clinic, combining Ayurveda, precision nutrition, and microbiome science to help people decode and improve their gut and total health. Our clinical plans — Gut Reset, Gut Rebuild, and Gut Renew — are guided by Ayurvedic doctors trained on the g CODE protocol and built around each patient's unique Natural Gut Type.

The Role:

You will be responsible for converting inbound leads generated through Google Ads, Meta campaigns, webinars, and online corporate gut camps into booked doctor consultations. This is a phone-first, high-volume role — you will be calling and following up with leads daily, explaining g CODE's approach to gut health, addressing questions and concerns, and guiding potential patients toward booking their first consultation.

This is not cold calling. Every lead you speak to has already shown interest — they have taken the Free Gut Test, attended a webinar, or clicked on a campaign. Your job is to convert that interest into action.

Post-Sales Support

• Follow up with patients after their first consultation to confirm they have received their plan and started treatment

• Address early questions or concerns to reduce drop-off between consultation and plan purchase

• Identify patients who may benefit from plan upgrades or multi-month commitments and facilitate the conversation

What we are looking for 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer acquisition — preferably in healthcare, wellness or insurance Strong verbal communication in English and Hindi

• Comfortable making 40–60 calls per day and maintaining energy and quality across all of them

• Disciplined about follow-ups — you don't let leads go cold because you forgot to call back

• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and any CRM tool
