Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation

We are working with a litigation firm in Miami, Florida, looking for a mid-level Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their growing practice. The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex commercial disputes, business litigation, and related matters.

Requirements:4+ years of commercial litigation experienceExperience handling business disputes, contract disputes, and related litigation mattersStrong legal research, writing, and analytical skillsJuris Doctor degree from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice law in FloridaMust live in or near Miami, Florida
Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolutionRepresent clients in business disputes, breach of contract claims, and related litigationConduct legal research and develop effective case strategiesDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and other legal documentsHandle depositions, court appearances, hearings, and settlement negotiations
The annual salary for this position is between $160K-$200K. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. xzbcwsv
