Senior Manager of Finance

Addison Group is representing infrastructure tech company that is seeking a skilled Senior Manager of Finance to join their finance team. This is an exciting opportunity in an innovative and dynamic company. ? Key Responsibilities: ? Lead and manage financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes ? Partner with cross-functional teams in Finance, Corporate Operations, and Engineering to drive business performance through data-driven insights and financial strategy ? Oversee financial reporting and ensure alignment with corporate goals ? Develop new processes and implement financial models to assess key business decisions and initiatives ? Present KPIs and financial analysis to senior leadership Requirements: ? Minimum 12 years of finance and accounting experience ? Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting ? Prior experience supporting and analyzing capital projects and capex ? Experience in a manufacturing environment or similar industry required ? Exceptional communication skills ? Ability to navigate complex financial challenges and provide strategic recommendations Our client offers: $180,000 to $200,000 base salary range dependent on experience, additional bonus potential.
