Process: Web chat into Domestic Telecom process
Role: Customer Chat Support.
Shift: 7 AM-12 AM (Day Rotational Shift any 9 hours) (7 AM-4 Pm, 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, 11 AM-8 PM,12 PM-9 PM, 1 PM-10 PM, 2 PM-11 PM, 3 PM-12 AM).
Location: Ambit IT Park, Ambattur Chennai
Qualification: Any Degree (UG & PG both can apply)
Freshers can also apply if you know Hindi to read, write and understand.
Salary: 21k CTC and 17k Take Home.

We will provide a one-way cab facility for employees whose shifts end between 7:00 PM and 12:00 AM.

Handle customer queries via email, chat, and web chat platforms. Provide timely and effective solutions to customers' issues. Hindi with English Chat support.Desired Candidate Profile
Freshers can also apply if you know Hindi to read, write and understand. Should have skill to read and write Hindi Should have basic knowledge about telecom process. Should have typing skill.Walk-In Location: 82/30, AMBIT IT PARK Ambattur Industrial Estate 2nd Main Rd, Sai Nagar, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai, Tamil Nadu .
Walk In - Monday to Friday Morning 11 AM to 3 PM.
