Job Description
Key Responsibilities ● Setting & achieving aspiration growth targets on Q-Com. ● Building an annual plan, defining metrics and reporting, and driving sales and P&L on Blinkit, Instamart & Zepto. ● Executing complete day to day business operations of Q-Com at each level: ○ On Platform Marketing ○ Inventory ○ Cataloging ○ Pricing ○ New Product Launches ○ Driving negotiations ● Driving efficiency and effectiveness across the supply chain through accuracy in demand forecasting, and coordinating with cross functional teams to deliver on pre-set KPIs for inventory. ● Building relationships with all relevant stakeholders with the aim to drive business. ● Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising
