Job Title: Central Sales Manager

Location: Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. 

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly strategic, performance-oriented Central Sales Manager with strong expertise in the stock market domain to lead and streamline sales operations across the organization. The role requires driving revenue growth, aligning sales strategies with academic and operational objectives, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between senior management, sales teams, and academic functions.

• Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies leveraging in-depth stock market knowledge to promote stock market–related courses and programs.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, or a related field
• Master’s degree preferred

Experience

• -Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in sales management and operational roles
• -Prior experience in a stock market, finance, or investment education environment is highly preferred
• -Stock Market Expertise

Strong understanding of stock market fundamentals, financial instruments, and investment concepts

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
