Our team is an established packaging manufacturer in Elgin, IL, with over 50 years in the industry. We have built our business on quality, reliable service, and long-standing customer relationships, and we continue to invest in the people who make that success possible.
We are looking to add a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to our team who can take ownership of recruiting efforts, build relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and help us attract the talent needed to support our continued growth. This role will primarily focus on recruiting, with the opportunity to assist with additional HR responsibilities as needed.
Talent Acquisition & RecruitingManage the recruiting process from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities.Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit.Recruit for a variety of positions, including manufacturing, production, administrative, and professional roles.Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up with applicants throughout the hiring process.Build relationships with candidates and provide a positive, professional experience from initial contact through hire.Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records.
Human Resources SupportAssist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and employee documentation.Support HR initiatives and administrative projects as assigned.Help communicate HR policies, procedures, and company information to employees.Provide additional support with employee questions and day-to-day HR needs as needed.
QualificationsBachelor's degree required.At least 1 year of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.Bilingual in English and Spanish.Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Professional, approachable, and comfortable working with employees and candidates at all levels.Manufacturing or industrial recruiting experience is a plus. xzbcwsv Corporate Resources has been hired by our client to recruit for this open position and any/all other positions as requested and posted.
