WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR SALES OFFICER – FMCG Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat is required Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month incentives, depending on experience/interview We are looking for an energetic and experienced Senior Sales Officer (SSO) to join our team. Industry Preference: Candidates from Dry Fruits, Nuts, Spices or FMCG Food companies will be highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: • Achieve sales targets and expand distributor & retailer networks • Manage distributors, ROI, collections and trade promotions • Lead, train and motivate Sales Executives • Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights • Coordinate with Supply Chain & Marketing teams for product availability and visibility • Develop and maintain strong distributor/retailer relationships What We’re Looking For: • Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA preferred • 1–4 years of FMCG Sales experience • Experience in Dry Fruits, Nuts, Spices or Food FMCG is preferred • Strong knowledge of Ahmedabad and Gujarat markets • Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills • Good distributor/dealer management experience • Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat ⭐ Key Skills: FMCG Sales | General Trade | Distributor Management | Retail Sales | Channel Sales | Sales Target | Trade Promotion | Collections | ROI | Team Handling | Market Development | Supply Chain Coordination Interested candidates can share their CV at: If you know someone who fits this opportunity, please tag them or share this post .
