Roles and Responsibilities

Partner with business departments and IT stakeholders to translate controlling and reporting requirements into effective SAP solutions. Consult and support Controlling teams in continuously improving SAP-enabled planning, costing, reporting, and profitability processes. Drive innovative solutions that enhance system usability, efficiency, data quality, and business value. Design, customize, develop, test, and implement SAP Controlling solutions within a global corporate environment. Support and optimize core Controlling processes including cost center accounting, internal orders, product costing, profitability analysis, and planning. Ensure stable SAP operations and provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP Controlling and related Finance applications. Create and maintain system documentation, training materials, and knowledge management content. Ensure compliance with internal information security standards and external audit requirements.

Your Profile

Degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of SAP Controlling consulting experience, ideally complemented by Finance process knowledge. Strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Controlling, including: Cost Center Accounting (CO-OM-CCA), Internal Orders (CO-OM-OPA), Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC), Profit Center Accounting (EC-PCA), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Planning and Budgeting, Material Ledger and Actual Costing, Project Systems (PS) and SAP BPC or SAC Planning (advantageous). Good understanding of SAP Financial Accounting (FI), including integration with Controlling processes. Strong understanding of end-to-end controlling and management reporting processes within a manufacturing environment, ideally in the automotive industry. Cross-functional SAP knowledge in areas such as MM, SD, Business Partner, Authorizations, and Fiori applications. Experience with SAP Group Reporting, Analytics Cloud (SAC), or BW/4 HANA is an advantage. Knowledge of ITIL 4, Agile methodologies, SAFe, or Scrum is desirable. Strong English communication skills. German language skills are a plus. Willingness to travel internationally is an essential requirement.
