Collections Supervisor – AR and Cash Applications

Hiring- Collections Supervisor to manage and oversee collections and cash application operations.

Experience: 5–8 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA / CMA

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workflow for Collections Assistants & Coordinators
• Monitor inboxes, refunds, AR credits, tickets & TATs
• Drive unallocated cash follow-ups and resolve payment issues
• Handle billing discrepancies and client disputes
• Collaborate with Cash Applications, Billing, Cash Management & Client Services
• Train new joiners and maintain SOPs
• Prepare operational metrics and leadership reports

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 5–8 years of Collections / AR experience

✔ Strong communication & stakeholder management skills

✔ Advanced Excel skills

✔ Exposure to SAP / HighRadius is an advantage

✔ Strong analytical, organizational & problem-solving skills
