Salary: $125,000 - 165,000 per year Requirements:

• We have 7+ years of experience in Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM), with deep, hands-on experience architecting and administering SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• We bring strong technical expertise in Java, BeanShell, XML, REST/SOAP APIs, SailPoint rules and workflows, and Infrastructure as Code deployment practices.
• We have direct experience authoring and validating MIL-STD-498 documentation, including SRS, IDD, and IRS, within DoD or Department of the Air Force enterprise environments.
• We have a solid understanding of DISA STIGs, IL4 and IL5 security requirements, Zero Trust principles, and automated Separation of Duties and certification frameworks.
• We hold an active DoD security clearance.
• We prefer CISSP, CISM, or SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Architect/Engineer credentials.
• CompTIA Security+ is preferred.

• We serve as the primary technical authority for the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, guiding design decisions and preserving architectural integrity across enterprise IGA environments.
• We lead baseline infrastructure assessments to review performance, scalability, and security posture.
• We design and oversee Infrastructure as Code automation for Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows, Separation of Duties enforcement, and access certification activities.
• We conduct quarterly software release reviews to assess IL4 applicability, compatibility, and rollout approach.
• We maintain and continuously update system documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration baselines, network diagrams, support procedures, and operational runbooks.
• We identify documentation gaps, plan remediation, and drive completion of missing technical artifacts.
• We ensure all documentation and system outputs align with MIL-STD-498 and DoD requirements.
• We validate Software Requirements Specifications, Interface Design Documents, and Interface Requirements Specifications against applicable cybersecurity obligations.
• We ensure the IGA architecture follows DoD Zero Trust guidance, enterprise security policies, and DISA STIGs.
• We partner with engineering and cyber teams to integrate SailPoint IdentityIQ with target applications, directory services, and enterprise access management platforms.
