Job Description
Role Overview: Looking for an experienced Strategy professional to drive business growth through strategic planning, market intelligence, business initiatives and new product development.
The role will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, develop business plans, evaluate new products and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate strategy, business planning and long-range planning (LRP) initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, market sizing and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop strategic plans and translate them into actionable and measurable initiatives .
- Work on high-impact projects related to business growth, revenue enhancement, cost optimization and process improvement .
- Prepare business cases, financial models, investment evaluations and scenario analysis for management decisions.
- Identify and evaluate new products, business models and growth opportunities .
- Define product strategy, target segments, pricing, channels and go-to-market plans.
- Work with Business, Credit, Risk, Product, Technology, Operations, Analytics, Finance, Legal and other teams to execute strategic initiatives.
- Support pilot launches, scale-up plans and growth acceleration .
- Track key business metrics such as acquisition, productivity, portfolio quality, customer experience, profitability and unit economics.
- Prepare management presentations, strategic reviews and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Work closely with leadership on annual business planning and long-range planning .
