In order to do this, the candidate will build and train an effective team and effectively incorporate business trends and customer feedback into the training of employees.
Responsibilities
Electrical Maintenance – Mixer, Extruder, Calendar, Building & Curing
132 KV Power System & LT Distribution
Preventive/Predictive/Breakdown Maintenance
PLC/HMI/VFD( Allen Bardley, Siemens, Scheneider, Omron)
GSS Operations (132 KV-6.6 KV)
Electrical Safety & Statutory Compiance
Sap and Maintenance Planning.
Shift Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
Qualifications - B. Tech/ B. E Engineering
Experience- 3+ Years for Engineer/ Sr. Engineer and 7+ Years for Asst. Manager
Required skills-
Knowledge of Tyre Manufacturing Process.
Know of Basic Computer Application.
Electrical Supervisory License
Co-ordination and team building with production/ engineering shift in charges.
