Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai (Andheri East) for a Presales Engineer. The Presales Engineer will support technical scoping, proposals, and bid management across our service lines. Manage the end-to-end proposal development process, including crafting compelling proposal documents, responding to tenders, responding to RFPs, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Support sales with technical presentations and solution walkthroughs for VAPT, SOC, and Compliance offerings Understand client requirements and map them to the right service/solution Assist in scoping VAPT and SOC engagements to support effort estimation and pricing Support compliance proposals (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.) Prepare and manage tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and SOWs Analyze bid requirements and coordinate with internal teams for inputs Draft, review, and refine technical and commercial proposals Maintain technical collateral (brochures, methodology decks, sample reports) Track bid timelines and ensure timely submissions Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience of pre-sales in cybersecurity, IT, or related technical field Basic understanding of VAPT, SOC operations, and compliance frameworks Strong written communication and proposal-drafting skills Good organizational skills to manage multiple bids/timelines Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
