Delivery Driver / Shop LaborerThe Delivery Driver / Shop Laborer is responsible for completing company deliveries and pickups while supporting general shop operations when not on the road. This role ensures materials and finished goods are transported safely and efficiently while assisting with material handling, packaging, and maintaining a clean and organized shop environment.Delivery & TransportationPerform local pickups and deliveries of materials, parts, and finished goods using company vehicles, including box trucks, flatbed trucks, and vehicles with trailersSafely operate company vehicles while following all traffic laws and company policiesLoad, secure, and unload materials to prevent damage during transportVerify delivery paperwork, packing slips, and quantities at pickup and delivery locationsMaintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehiclesCommunicate with office and shop personnel regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered during transportComplete occasional longer-distance deliveries as neededShop & Warehouse SupportAssist with material handling and staging of materialsHelp prepare and package customer orders for shipmentOperate a forklift to move materials and finished goodsAssist with loading and unloading trucks and incoming deliveriesSupport shop personnel with basic labor tasks as neededMaintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environmentFollow all company safety policies and procedures
