Opening: Black Belt - Transformation / Continuous Improvement (Project Manager)
Looking for a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with 8+ years of experience in Transformation, Continuous Improvement, and Process Excellence within the BFSI/Insurance domain .
Key Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Process Improvement, and Operational Excellence
- Experience leading transformation initiatives using RPA, Analytics, AI, and Automation
- Ability to drive measurable business impact, process optimization, and customer experience improvements
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and leading CI/Transformation programs
