Resident II Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

TriStar Health is seeking a Resident II RN for our Rehab unit to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients recovering from injury, surgery, or illness. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, administer medications and therapies, and closely monitor patient progress. You will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to optimize functional outcomes, educate patients and families, and support safe discharges.
