The Catalyst Corporation is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing Chicago team as Entry-Level Sales & Leadership Trainees.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in retail sales, customer acquisition, marketing, and leadership development. You'll begin by representing nationally recognized brands through face-to-face retail sales campaigns while receiving ongoing training and mentorship.
As you develop your skills, you'll have opportunities to cross-train in team leadership, training, and daily business operations.
What You'll DoRepresent client brands in established retail locationsEngage with customers to promote products, services, and current offersIdentify customer needs and assist with sales and enrollmentsWork toward individual and team sales goalsParticipate in ongoing sales and leadership trainingDevelop skills in team management, coaching, and business operations
